Know Your Water Use in Your Home

To be successful in creating your MyWater portal, follow these instructions closely. You will be linking two separate accounts (your city account and mywater account) into one account.

Step 1. Create your MyWater account.

• Visit mywaterutah.org
• Click on: Create an account and follow instructions
• IMPORTANT: Save your user email and password for this account

• Go to your email address to verify the email account
• Verify email then close the web page Step 1 is complete and your MyWater account is set up and ready to receive a link to your city utility account.

Step 2. Request City Utility Account Link

• Fill out the requested information from your utility bill to link your account to MyWater (If you own multiple accounts you will need to fill out this form individually for each account
• In the lower right-hand corner click on the Submit button.
• You will receive an email from Weber Basin Water, MyWater with your specific account link in 2 to 3 business days.
• Watch for the email

Step 3. Receive an invitation to create a MyWater account.

• You may be cautioned that this is a suspect account, if so, accept the caution and move forward to create the account
• If you registered for MyWater you will simply need to login with your account email and password.
• You will now be prompted to View Meter Use
• Click on View Meter Use and the information will populate.
• Save the link to your home screen for your access convenience.
