Get rid of your green waste this November with Washington Terrace City’s green waste cleanup! This is a great time to trim your over-hanging tree limbs to maintain clearance above sidewalks (7 feet) and streets (14 feet) as per City ordinance 12.04.010.

Curbside Pickup: There will be no curbside green waste pickup service this fall.

Green Waste Drop-Off: November 1st – 26th, Monday - Saturday

ALL green waste items must be placed inside the green waste dumpsters!

Green waste may be dropped off at the Washington Terrace Public Works Shop

• Location: 575 East 5600 South
• Operational Hours:
• 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Monday - Saturday
• Closed: Tuesday November 11th for Veteran's Day
• Restrictions: Commercial dumping will not be allowed. This service is for Washington Terrace residents only.

Accepted Green Waste:

• Grass clippings
• Weeds
• Tree limbs
• Leaves
• Bushes

Non-Acceptable Materials:

The following items will not be accepted for at the drop-off facility:

• Any type of trash

• Any metal
