Can Replacement Information

Damaged or broken garbage and recycle containers must meet at least one of the following criteria for replacement consideration:

  • Broken or missing wheel(s)
  • Broken non-functioning lid
  • Major cracks or splits in the body of the container or lid larger than 10 inches.
  • Holes larger than 3 inches in diameter

Containers that will NOT be replaced:

  • Superficial damage (scratches)
  • Cosmetic issues
  • Minor cracks and or splits
  • Odor issues
  • Garbage or grass clippings stuck in the container
