New Customer/Owner Utility Service Application
If you are a new customer moving into Washington Terrace, Welcome to our City!
To connect utility services, the legal property owner must complete a utility application (located at the bottom of this page) and pay a one-time account set-up fee.
If you are a renter, the legal owner of the property must contact the City and add your name to the account.
Homeowners who rent out their properties (including single family homes) are required to have a rental business license in the City of Washington Terrace. Please see our section under Business and Business Licensing & Directory for more information.
All utility bills are mailed out by the tenth of each month and payment for services is due by the 28th of that same month.
