Anna is a compassionate and accomplished professional serving as a Homeless Services Advocate for the Ogden Police Department. She holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW) with Cum Laude honors and a Master’s in Social Work (MSW) with a perfect 4.0 GPA. She is licensed as a Certified Social Worker (CSW),

Anna brings a wealth of experience working with marginalized populations. Before joining the police department, Anna owned and operated Jessie Jean’s Café for 20 years and worked extensively with troubled youth, women struggling with substance use, and individuals in hospice care. Anna is passionate about destigmatizing mental health, addiction, and homelessness, dedicating her career to empowering individuals and creating meaningful change.
