2025 ELECTION

The 2025 Municipal Election will be held on November 4, 2025.

Utah is a Vote by Mail state. Ballots will be mailed to all current registered voters. To register to vote in Weber County, please visit www.weberelections.gov or www.vote.utah.gov

Municipal elections are held by the City in November of odd numbered years.

For State and Presidential elections, please contact Weber County at 801-399-7412. The County offices are located at 2380 Washington Blvd. Ogden, UT

 

***NEW REQUIREMENTS***  Please be advised of new requirements as of May 7, 2025. All Candidates MUST complete a Conflict of Interest Disclosure at the time of filing their candidacy. The Conflict of Interest Disclosure can be found in the Candidate Packet Information heading in this section. Candidates may complete the form and print to bring with them to the Recorder's Office at the time of filing if they wish, however, ALL forms must be signed in the presence of the City Recorder at the time of filing. Please do not sign your documents until you are asked to do so by the City Recorder at the time of filing.  Candidate filing forms and disclosures will not be accepted before June 2, 2025 (8:00 a.m.), or after June 6, 2025 (5:00 p.m.).

Track my ballot updates are based on the process check points using postal barcodes. These checkpoints are when the ballot is mailed out by the county clerk and when the ballot is received back at the county office. Voters are encouraged to sign up for this free service by visiting:  https://trackmyballot.utah.gov/voter/

State law requires that an officer or municipal employee must file a "Conflict of Interest Disclosure" if they have an interest or investment that causes a conflict between their personal interest and their public duties .
