Adopt Final (or interim) Budget & Set Certified Tax Rate
-Adopt Budget Document that includes an amended budget for current year, a final (or interim if proposing a property tax increase) budget for ensuing year (Jul 1-Jun 30), budget plan for 4 years beyond final budget year
-Set certified property tax rate (with or without tax rate increase)
-Adopt rate and fee schedule

If Proposing a Property Tax Increase
-Property valuation notices mailed
-Notice of property tax increase and public hearing available
August
If Proposing a Property Tax Increase
-Hear public comment on proposed property tax increase
-Adopt a final budget and tax rate
